In our busy, fast-paced world, how can we slow down time and reclaim it for ourselves?

The Brief

The average person consumes 266 messages and 8,200 words daily online. In our overloaded world, how can we be present and gain back more hours in the day?

The Solution

A campaign raising awareness on the benefits of living in the present moment and being more purposeful with how we spend our time. Reclaiming our sense of lost time through promoting a slower lifestyle.

Early on in the project, I was exploring the concept of time, specifically how modern culture has completely warped our sense of time and how we feel it passing.
